The Village of North Falmouth is located a short ride down
Route 28 (over
the Bourne Bridge) off of Route 151/Old Silver Beach exit and is referred to
along with elegant West Falmouth as “The Keepers of Old Cape Cod”. It is
classic Cape Cod at its very best. Lovely old homes, well kept lawns, a lazy,
casual elegance, fine dining restaurants and the best beaches this side of
Maui. North Falmouth and West Falmouth are also the site of a number of Fine Art
Galleries; could you ask for anything more??!!
You are a 10 minute drive from downtown Falmouth where you will find great shopping, more beaches (although
more crowded than the beaches of North Falmouth) and a number of new fine dining
restaurants. North Falmouth is also the location of some of Cape Cod’s most
respected artists. (Joseph McGurl and numerous other artists of note make their
homes in North Falmouth). If you are looking for Fine Art Originals, Limited
Edition Giclée Prints, sculpture or just an extremely pleasant day of beaches,
art galleries and fine dining, North Falmouth, West Falmouth and the Town of Falmouth on
fabulous Cape Cod are definitely the destinations for the discerning traveler!
